"미국의 중국에 대한 전략적 접근(United States Strategic Approach to The People's Republic of China)"은 2019 회계년도 국방수권법에 따라 미국 대통령이 의회에 제출한 보고서이다. 코로나 바이러스 사태 이후 사실상 중국에 대한 신냉전을 선포한 것으로 평가 받으며, 1946년 소련과의 냉전을 설계한 George Kennan[1]의 "긴 전문(Long Telegram)"을 연상시킨다.[2]

On May 20, 2020, in accordance with the 2019 National Defense Authorization Act[3], the administration delivered a report, "U.S. Strategic Approach to the People's Republic of China" to members of Congress. This report articulates our whole-of-government approach to China under the 2017 National Security Strategy.[4]
