하버드 대학교

하버드 대학교(Harvard University)는 미국 매사추세츠(Massachusetts)주 케임브리지(Cambridge)에 위치한 사립 대학으로, 1636년에 설립된 미국에서 가장 오래된 대학이다. 미국 최고의 명문대학으로 손꼽히나 최근 중국과 너무 밀착하다 망신살이 뻗쳤다. 대학이 특정 국가와 너무 밀착하면 그 국가의 간섭으로 학문의 자유도 침해받고, 독립성도 훼손된다는 생생한 사례를 보여주고 있다.
